He tries to develop fundamental understanding of the project and thereafter all the details that he collected are suitably translated into a book and also various speeches for different organization. All the research findings that he collected from his list of projects are further deliberated with various executives of his company in order to develop and create certain practical tools & applications, so that all these ideas can be practically implemented.
