Steven Heyer has already built a solid career in football. Back during his high school years at Brookwood, a lot of people already though that this guy had a great chance of making a name in football and may someday participate in the NFL. For one thing, Stephon has the perfect built, the right height and the best skills to rank well in football. This football star earned his way through high school and college using his skills. He persevered and trained to become one of the country’s trusted names in football.

Steven Heyer was raised by a single mother. Life for this amazing guy was not that great but he knew that he has to do something to fulfill his dreams. It was a good thing that Glenda, Stephon’s mother recognized that her son had to jumpstart his career in football. With his mother’s love and support, Stephon was able to engage the services of a personal football trainer. Stephon learned to develop his skills. The life of a football player is not that easy. Stephon had to make sure that he keeps his focus both on the game as well as with his studies.

Before Steven Heyer graduated from high school, the college scouts was able to notice his extraordinary skills and decided to draft him to play for the University of Maryland. There were several colleges which took notice of Stephon’s keen talents in football but he opted to stay with the University of Maryland. Stephon received various invitations from the following: Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Clemson and Ohio State. Stephon’s stellar career in football earned him a degree in criminology and criminal justice. He was even drafted to join the Hula Bowl competition back in 2007. When Stephon decided to play for the Washington Redskins, it became evident that this guy is already on the road to having a successful career in the NFL.
