Communication becomes the main thing in business with customers
Everyone wanted to talk to me. But all required personal information, the kind of information do not feel comfortable giving the first phones … And much less a dozen strangers!
So, given the complicated process, I decided to turn off my phone for a few days. I deleted all the emails and voice messages received and went to a bank to explain to me the options offered. For a moment it seemed that, due to the bombardment to which I submitted, would achieve none of these companies to take them into account. Weeks later, some still sending me emails. They said they understood my need and who could help me. But there was one company that really got her attention.
The first thing that attracted me was the title of your message: Do You Really Understand What It Means To Your Credit Score? And when opened, the following achieved his goal to get my attention and, above all, seriously consider this company for any future need.
“A Loan Today, Peace Tomorrow.
Dear Antonio:
We understand that not long ago were you interested in refinancing the mortgage on your property. And no matter what your financial situation then was not the result of your search, we still consider a potential customer value. That is why we want to offer some information that will surely find very useful, especially if you’re still considering refinancing … “
Immediately included a clear and simple explanation of what the scores mean financial and, more importantly, the conditions that are available according to your score. I felt that, to educate myself, gave me tools to handle any future negotiations.
And, to close:
“Thanks again, Antonio, considering XXX (name of company) as your partner to solve your financial needs.
Remember we are here to help! Sincerely “
How did this company get my attention?
It was actually very simple:
· They knew how to bide his time to send me information that really help me. Could they do it before? Perhaps they did, but, under pressure from many potential suppliers, I did not pay any attention.
· The email title interested me. While everyone in America talks about the credit score, few really understand how a score can benefit or harm.
· When you open the message came across what seemed like a hopeful note: “A Loan Today, Peace Tomorrow.” I continued reading, but I was relieved. This company told me (without saying) that it had to follow worried that they could help.
· Then, in the note, rather than sell your product, I say “I am worthy” and give me information that will help me make an informed decision.
· Then the information presented in a clear and direct. If your score is so you can aspire to this. If your score is this one, you are at this level. If you’re under, you must do the following to improve your chances.
· Finally, after thanking my interest in his services, reminded me that “are always available to help.”
Do you know the end of this story?
A few days things were resolved and had no need for the loan he was seeking. Can you imagine then what company I’ll call next time? And this time, since I’m not going to receive dozens of calls and no one will persecute me to offer me anything, this company will have a very good chance of convincing to do business with them. But not only that. Now I look forward to your next email to see what else can teach me.
